Changsu Ultrany film, made by high-performance polyamide, has achieved more powerful functions, reduced resource consumption and promoted the end application reduction by using less material.

Life Time Extension

Changsu Supamid film is the key material for food packaging with its excellent property of high barrier. It can extend the shelf life, reduce the waste from damage and the product cost.

Carbon Footprint Decrease

Changsu BiONLY film, whose raw material is bio-base, significantly decreased the carbon footprint compared to traditional materials and also helped to achieve the Dual Carbon goal.

Application Scope Expansion

By means of recipe, process innovation and biaxially-oriented stretching technique, the company improved the PLA film mechanical properties sharply, achieved controllable degradation, expanded its application and contributed to the green and low-carbon development in the whole industry.

Industry Development Promotion

Changsu PHA film, specialized for Li-battery packing, achieved breakthrough at bottleneck and promote the high-quality development in the new energy industry.

Sinolong New Material has completed a series of key transformation projects and the application of innovative technologies and also established a world-leading green & intelligent manufacturing system, including from polymerization production to film material manufacturing. In resource utilization, clean production, unit energy consumption and so on, the company had owned unique advantages and achieved the optimal comprehensive cost.

As the world’s first enterprise mastering in film material manufacturing technology from the 2nd generation to the 5th generation, the company created the fifth generation of low-carbon biaxially oriented stretching technology, achieved intelligent, customized and flexibility production, promoted innovation, energy saving and emission reduction on its products.

The company’s polymerization preparation technology has reached the international leading level on large-scale, continuous and automatic device, making the polymerization reaction process more stable, energy-saving and environmentally friendly.

The company also encourages and attaches importance to micro-innovation in all aspects. By now, the rationalization proposals for the film manufacturing process have been put forward as high as 1752 projects, which have created significant economic value in energy saving and emission reduction.

Infrastructure and Management System in High Standard
