On November 3rd, Zhonglun New Materials made another key move in the field of high-precision materials for new energy: the global launch of its new generation of high-end BOPP capacitor film product – "Changsu High-Function Capacitor Film".
Leaders from various levels of government, including the Xiamen Municipal Development and Reform Commission, the Industry and Information Technology Bureau, the Science and Technology Bureau, and the Haicang District Committee and Government, as well as experts and scholars in materials science such as Professor Dang Zhimin of Tsinghua University and Professor Zhang Zhicheng of Xi'an Jiaotong University, and customers, suppliers, and industry representatives from the upstream and downstream of the capacitor film industry chain, witnessed this milestone moment.
Changsu High-Function Capacitor Film is an important achievement in Zhonglun New Materials' high-precision new energy product matrix. It marks Zhonglun New Materials' official entry into the ultra-thin capacitor film market, which has extremely high technological barriers. It is a key measure for Zhonglun New Materials to help enhance the self-sufficiency of key materials in my country's new energy industry chain and seize a blue ocean market.
Changsu High-Function Capacitor Film adopts Zhonglun New Materials' independently developed, internationally leading biaxial stretching process and is produced on a world-class BOPP production line. While achieving superior product performance and greater consistency, it also boasts lower unit energy consumption, setting a new technological benchmark for "next-generation high-end capacitor films."
At the launch event, leading downstream companies such as Farad Electronics (a domestic leader in film capacitors), Huichuan United Power (a leader in power systems), Nantong Jianghai (a leader in electronic components), and Guangdong Yinglian (a leader in composite current collectors), as well as experts and representatives from the China Electronic Components Industry Association, all highly praised Zhonglun New Energy's membrane material project and Changsu's high-performance capacitor film. This laid a solid foundation for building closer cooperative relationships in the future.
