Capacitor-grade BOPP film is a leading-edge dielectric material made via an advanced process known as biaxial orientation. Using high crystalline resin in polypropylene capacitor film allows for the creation of ultra-thin capacitor films that are thinner than other similar products yet have superior thickness uniformity. This ensures that capacitor-grade BOPP film will provide stable capacitance and minimal dielectric losses in numerous electric environments.


High-tensile-strength capacitor film exhibits higher levels of mechanical stability compared to lower tensile strength films in both the machine direction (MD) and the transverse direction (TD). High-tensile-strength films provide better mechanical strength when going through high-speed cutting and slitting processes, winding processes and metallising processes.
